What does 'Damaged in Italy' mean?

This is our signature philosophy. Every watch undergoes a patented aging process in our workshop in Italy to give it a vintage, worn-in look right out of the box. No two watches are exactly alike, making yours a unique piece of art.

How long does international shipping take?

We ship worldwide via premium couriers. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and international delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Are Out of Order watches water resistant?

Yes, most of our models are water-resistant ranging from 5 ATM (50 meters) to 10 ATM (100 meters). Please refer to the specific product specifications page for the depth rating of your chosen model.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Every Out of Order watch is covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and movement issues, but does not cover normal wear and tear or intentional damage.
