We want you to be completely satisfied with your Out of Order timepiece; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and documentation intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original 'damaged-in-Italy' vintage box, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
